The Book Agencies of Adelaide Prepack system, is
designed to cater for all your school's requirements, whilst
affording you the benefits of our many years experience in
stationery, text book supply and booklist design.
Book Agencies of Adelaide staff will work
co-operatively with your school's staff to assist wherever required.
However, your school retains the final say over the following stages
of Prepack.
1. Design of your booklists
2. Textbook and stationery selections
3. Dates of delivery.
4. Other arrangements if delivery is not possible.
5. School levies and fees to be collected on your booklists on the
schools behalf.
Book Agencies of Adelaide makes "back to
school" easier for your school, staff and students by
organising the following:
1. Printing of all booklists including initial and final proof pages
to facilitate alterations to subject requirements by your staff.
2. Student booklists can be completed online or can be collected
from the school to be completed and returned either to the school or
office.
3. Ordering, handling and warehousing of all required items.
4. Collating and recording individual student details and
requirements into our computer system.
5. Packing student orders into individual reinforced and sealed
boxes.
6. Book Agencies of Adelaide then, through both Australia Post and
private courier companies, deliver the order direct to an address
supplied by the customer.
7. Book Agencies of Adelaide staff can be made available to your
school, to handle all students queries, changes in subjects,
immediate refunds and any additional purchases, for an agreed period
of time after the commencement of the school year.
8. In the event that publication of books is delayed, making them
unavailable at the time of collection, a complete report of the
anticipated time of delivery will be provided to relevant students
and staff.
9. Book Agencies of Adelaide is able to supply subject Revision
Guides, through student booklists, supplying them as soon as they
become available, in May or June.

products from the popular Texas Instruments range (including
training programs).

The Book Agencies of Adelaide Prepack system is designed to ensure your students arrive at school on day one of term one, fully equipped to commence their learning year.
The booklists have detailed step-by-step instructions, which make ordering, paying and collecting your Prepack order as convenient as possible.
Each student selects the items they require, according to their subject selections for the forthcoming year. Subjects are arranged on the booklist alphabetically by subject title.
Book Agencies of Adelaide staff will be available to 'follow up' any queries, changes or returns at any time during the year.
Book Agencies of Adelaide Prepack allows for changes to booklist selections at any time, including collection days. This allows for subject changes or the purchase of additional items, if required.
Book Agencies of Adelaide is designed to offer
schools and students the maximum finacial benefit possible,
therefore many of our popular 'back to school items' are reduced for
school orders, and Booklists.
Once the Booklist has been finalised, our staff
pack the order and individually seal them up with a tax invoice
included.
The orders are then delivered direct to an
address supplied to us by the customer, in a time period arranged by
the school.
Book Agencies of Adelaide staff will be made available for the first two weeks of the new term, if required, to 'Follow up' any queries or changes your students order.
